Player Offline

Player is offline and CineGame is therefore not working.

This is usually due to one of the following: 
  1. The machine is not powered on. The power LED can be hard to see, so you can also look if the fan is running on the back or if the lights next to the network cable are on or flashing.
  2. The network cable is unplugged or loose: Ensure both ends are seated properly.
  3. The machine is frozen. The system can be rebooted by the following steps:
    1. Press the power button for 1-2 seconds and release
    2. Wait for the machine to power down. This may take a few minutes. Wait for the power LED to switch off. If this takes more than 3-5 minutes, hold the power button for 10 seconds to force it. 
    3. Power the machine on again by pressing the power button for 1-2 seconds and wait for the machine to boot
