If your CineCard was not displayed, it could be due to 3 things:
- The Card was showed before you were in the cinema hall, make sure you are in good time!
- Your CineCard does not comply with our guidelines
- A technical error has occurred - If this is the case you are of course entitled to a refund - No questions asked.

Why has my CineCard been rejected?
- Your CineCard will be rejected if it contains any offensive content
- Your CineCard will be rejected if your CineCard can in any way ruin the cinema experience for some of the other guests
- Your CineCard will be rejected if it contains any content that in any way violates the copyright of others
If your CineCard is rejected because you have used offensive or hateful content, you will receive a code that gives you the right to send a new CineCard, a purchase of a CineCard cannot be refunded if it is rejected because of offensive or hateful content.
