Press CTRL + ALT + S on a keyboard and select Display settings and then edit settings to: 1920x1080 Resolution and 60hz framerate
If the correct resolution option is not present unplug and plug in the HDMI cable and reboot the PC.
If there is still no HD resolution present, contact techsupport
